Atlantic Salmon Portions Skin On Mediterranean
The extremely deep cold waters of the Norwegian fjords provide naturally favourable conditions for Atlantic Salmon, so it’s from here we source these rich, moist fillets. The oily, orange flesh holds together well and provides a good source of both protein and omega 3 fatty acids.

How To Cook
PAN FRY:
1) Preheat a non stick fry pan to a medium-high heat, adding 5 mL olive oil, if desired.
2) Remove thawed Ocean Chef® Salmon Portions from packaging.
3) Cook Ocean Chef® Salmon Portions for 7 – 9 minutes turning occasionally.
4) Ensure Salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in the centre.
OVEN BAKE:
1) Preheat oven to 220 °C (or 200 °C fan forced).
2) Remove thawed Ocean Chef® Salmon Portions from packaging.
3) Place Ocean Chef® Salmon Portions in a baking dish.
4) Place baking dish in the oven and bake for approximately 12 – 14 minutes.
5) Ensure Salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in the centre.
MICROWAVE OVEN:
1) Thaw Ocean Chef® Salmon Portions in packaging.
2) Pierce plastic pouch and place in Microwave on High for approximately 1 minute 40 seconds (Based on a 1000 W Microwave).
3) Ensure Salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in the centre.
