Patagonian Coho Salmon Portions Skinless & Deboned
How To Cook
PAN FRY:
1) Preheat a non stick fry pan to a medium-high heat, adding 5 mL olive oil, if desired.
2) Remove thawed Ocean Chef® Coho Salmon Portions from packaging.
3) Cook Ocean Chef® Coho Salmon Portions for 7 – 9 minutes turning occasionally.
OVEN BAKE:
1) Preheat oven to 220 °C (or 200 °C fan forced).
2) Remove thawed Ocean Chef® Coho Salmon Portions from packaging.
3) Place Ocean Chef® Coho Salmon Portions in a baking dish.
4) Place baking dish in the oven and bake for approximately 12 – 14 minutes.
SASHIMI/POKE:
1) Remove thawed Ocean Chef® Coho Salmon Portions from packaging.
2) To cut Salmon for sashimi/nigiri slice from the wider part of the fillet against the grain using a long sharp knife tilting at a slight angle (around 45 degrees). The slices should be about 2-3mm thick.
3) To cut Salmon for poke dice the fillet into 1cm bite-sized cubes.
