Tasmanian Sea Scallops Roe on

Our wild caught Tasmanian scallops, are caught in the clean cold waters of the Bass Straight. Their sweet and buttery flesh brings a little bit of luxury to your kitchen.

For maximum flavour caramelise in a hot pan. Pair golden brown scallops with crispy prosciutto and fresh peas for impressivve elegance at home.

How To Cook

Pan Fry
Preheat a non-stick fry pan with 5mL of olive oil to a medium heat. Placec thawed scallop in pan and cook for 5 – 7 minutes turning occasionally. For best results cook until the scallop is caramelised on both sides.

BBQ
Preheat BBQ to a high heat and rub both sides of thawed scallops with olive oil. Place scallops on BBQ and cook for 3 – 4 minutes, turning occasionally.
