
Atlantic Salmon Portions Skin On Mediterranean
The extremely deep cold waters of the Norwegian fjords provide naturally favourable conditions for Atlantic Salmon, so it’s from here we source these rich, moist fillets. The oily, orange flesh holds together well and provides a good source of both protein and omega 3 fatty acids.

How To Cook
Pan Fry
Preheat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil, if desired. Remove thawed salmon portions from packaging and cook for 3 – 4 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in centre.
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C fan forced). Remove thawed salmon portions from packaging, place in a baking dish and cover with tin foil. Place baking dish in oven and bake for approximately 12 – 15 minutes. Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through or until pipping hot in centre.
Microwave
Microwave: Thaw salmon in packaging. When thawed pierce pouch and place salmon in microwave on high for approximately 1 minute 40 seconds (Based on a 1000W microwave). Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through until piping hot in centre.
