Prawns Fajitas
Prawn Fajitas! Easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
- Capsicum
- White Onion
- Crushed Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Tortillas
- Avocados
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix capsicum, white onion, crushed garlic.
- Season with salt & pepper and add olive oil, then mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the vegetables across the tray evenly and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
- In a new bowl, season raw prawns with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper and mix thoroughly, coating each prawn evenly.
- Add prawns to baking tray with vegetables and continue to bake for 180°C for 10-15 minutes again.
- Fill tortillas with sliced avocados, vegetables and prawns.
- Serve and enjoy!
