One Dish Baked Salmon
Dinner for the whole family is sorted with this one dish baked salmon!

INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Atlantic Salmon Portions
- Potatoes
- Trussed tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Coarsely grounded black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roughly chop potatoes and par-boil them until they begin to soften.
- Coat a large baking dish with olive oil and spread out the potatoes.
- Place in trussed tomatoes.
- Cover the veggies with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
- Place your thawed Ocean Chef Atlantic Salmon portions on top of the veggies and oil / season.
- Bake for 15 – 20 mins or until the salmon is cooked through.
