Ginger Prawn Crostini

A simple yet delicious appetiser that is quick to put together for summer entertaining.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
  • Baguette Slices
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Capsicum
  • Fresh Chilli
  • Olive Oil
  • Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl combine ginger (matchsticks), fresh chilli (chopped) and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Grill some crusty baguette slices and top with cucumber slices.
  3. Roasted capsicum strips.
  4. Preheat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil, if desired.
  5. Place prawns in pan and cook for 5 – 7 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure Prawns are piping hot in centre.
  6. Top each baguette slice with your ginger & chilli mix.
