Ginger Prawn Crostini
A simple yet delicious appetiser that is quick to put together for summer entertaining.
INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
- Baguette Slices
- Cucumber Slices
- Capsicum
- Fresh Chilli
- Olive Oil
- Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine ginger (matchsticks), fresh chilli (chopped) and olive oil. Set aside.
- Grill some crusty baguette slices and top with cucumber slices.
- Roasted capsicum strips.
- Preheat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil, if desired.
- Place prawns in pan and cook for 5 – 7 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure Prawns are piping hot in centre.
- Top each baguette slice with your ginger & chilli mix.
