Prosciutto Wrapped Hoki Fillets

INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef New Zealand Hoki Fillets
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Red Onion
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Prosciutto
- Green Olives
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a baking dish add cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions and season with salt & black pepper.
- Bake at 200°C for around 15-20 minutes.
- Wrap thawed hoki portions in prosciutto.
- Remove baking dish from oven and add green olives, prosciutto wrapped hoki fillets and season again with black pepper.
- Bake again at 200°C for a further 12-15 minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
