Cajun Parmesan Salmon
Spice up your dinner with this Cajun Parmesan Salmon recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Atlantic Salmon Portions
- Cajun Seasoning
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Fresh Garlic
- Vegetable Stock
- Lemon Juice
- Honey
- Fresh Parsley
- Parmesan Cheese
- Lemon Slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove thawed salmon portions from packaging and lay on a board
- Season salmon portions with cajun seasoning and black pepper
- Preheat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil, if desired
- Cook for 3 – 4 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure salmon is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in centre
- Remove salmon portions to rest
- In the same pan add butter, minced fresh garlic and stir until butter melts
- Add vegetable stock, lemon juice and honey and continue to stir
- Add cajun seasoning, roughly chopped fresh parsley, parmesan, continuing to stir
- Place cooked salmon portions back into the pan and add a few lemon slices and cook until salmon portions are piping hot again
- Plate and serve!
