Tuna Egg Salad on Toast
Busy life? We get it! Here’s a quick and easy tuna lunch idea—perfect on toast or all by itself.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Ocean Chef Tuna Fillet
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Red Onion
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonaise
- 2 Sour Dough Bread Slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- To bake the eggs, place in an airfryer at 200 degrees celsius for 7 minutes. Remove and cool in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Season your tuna fillets with salt & pepper. To a medium heated pan, cook the tuna until golden on both sides, then let cool on the side.
- Once cool to the touch, peel your eggs and chop into slices.
- Add to a bowl, the chopped red onions, eggs, tuna, mayonnaise and seasoning to taste. Mix to combine or until everything is fully coated.
- Top the mixture on some toasted sour dough and enjoy.
