Fresh Watermelon Prawn Salad
This fresh watermelon, feta, mint & prawn salad is the perfect addition to your lunch table.
INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
- Fresh Chilli
- Ginger
- Olive Oil
- Watermelon
- Crumbed Feta
- Mint
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine thawed Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns with some fresh chilli and ginger.
- Pan fry your prawns by preheating a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil.
- Place prawns in pan and cook for 5 – 7 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure Prawns are piping hot in centre.
- In a bowl combine diced watermelon, crumbled feta and mint.
- Toss and top with the prawns.
- Serve & enjoy!
