Fresh Watermelon Prawn Salad

This fresh watermelon, feta, mint & prawn salad is the perfect addition to your lunch table.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
  • Fresh Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Olive Oil
  • Watermelon
  • Crumbed Feta
  • Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl combine thawed Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns with some fresh chilli and ginger.
  2. Pan fry your prawns by preheating a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat, adding 5mL olive oil.
  3. Place prawns in pan and cook for 5 – 7 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure Prawns are piping hot in centre.
  4. In a bowl combine diced watermelon, crumbled feta and mint.
  5. Toss and top with the prawns.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
