Prawn Risoni
If you like prawns and pasta, you’ll LOVE this prawn and risoni dish!
INGREDIENTS
- Ocean Chef Australian Caught Raw Peeled Banana Prawns
- Greek Feta (Crumbled)
- Chilli Flakes
- Fennel Seeds (Toasted & Crushed)
- Olive Oil
- Garlic (Crushed)
- Orange Peel (Finely Shaved)
- Diced Tomatoes
- Vegetable Stock
- Water
- Salt & Pepper
- Risoni Rice
- Basil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine Greek feta, chilli flakes, fennel seeds, olive oil and let it marinate.
- Add olive oil to a hot pan and toast chilli flakes and fennel seeds.
- Add crushed garlic and orange peel and stir.
- Add vegetable stock, water, season with salt & pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Add in risoni rice, stir and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Add raw prawns and roughly chopped basil, stir.
- Continue to simmer until prawns are fully cooked all the way through.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
