Marinara Pasta
Cook up this delicious marinara pasta for two and make tonight extra special.
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Ocean Chef Marinara Mix
- 100g Angel Hair Pasta
- 1/2 Onions, sliced
- 1Tsp Sugar
- 1 Cups Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- Parsley for garnish
- Salt & Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a pot of boiling water, cook your choice of pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat up oil on medium high heat. Add onions and garlic, sautee until translucent and when the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Add the tomato puree and stirfry for an additional 2-3 minutes, pour in your white wine (or sub with vegetable broth), reduce to half. Then add half your chopped parsley, stir to combine.
- Add your seasonings, then pour in your marinara mix. Cook the seafood until almost cooked through. Once the mixture is almost cooked, toss in your cooked pasta until everything is fully coated.
- To a bowl, add your pasta and serve.
