Marinara Noodle Stirfry
Craving something quick and delicious? Try this flavourful marinara seafood glass noodle stir-fry—it’s a game-changer!
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Ocean Chef Marinara Mix
- 100g Glass noodles
- 2 Large Bok Choy, quartered
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pot, boil water on medium high heat. Add the glass noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook garlic until fragrant, then add the marinara mix. Stiry-fry until mostly cooked through.
- At this point, add in the noodles, bok choy, and all the sauce ingredients. Mix until everything is coated and cooked through.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
